    as a founder of a sizeable business, I don't see any problem with a founding member taking some money off the table. There is no implication that there is a problem with the business, only that members deserve to take something off of the table as reward for hard work done, and as an incentive to drive harder going forward with the sizeable capital still on the table.

    Just look at VHT's growth in ARR and I think it is fair to say they have earned it!
