    I agree. Further, there has to be enough free float shares to make it worthwhile for institutions to spend the time analysing and investing, given they have bulk to invest not small bits.
    MVP saw the Chair sell a higher % than at VHT for this reason. Institutions invested and the shareprice went up reflecting the higher demand.
