Recycling comes with its own peripheral costs such as transportation. The process is expensive and those expenses will be passed on to the producer. And while the fashion industry is currently changing due to Govt. regulations and some major brands leading the charge, its still more price sensitive than environmentally conscious, and thus recyclers will need to be cost efficient. Not an easy thing as Renewcell had to learn.
