Hi guys, regarding the lock down and who is affected. I contact a few Birla Cellulose employees via social media. It seems to be business as usual at the plant. From what I could gather, they haven't been locked down and have some very strict hygiene measures in place.
I kind of got the feeling that Birla/ Grasim are an employer of choice over there that look after their staff very well.
a chemical engineer i was speaking to was bragging they haven't had any deaths across their whole site.
