Another thing to consider, about whether the right people are in there for the growth of the company...

They just appointed Boon Tan as Operations & Quality Manager. I don't know anything about Boon Tan, but I've heard they are more than competent. That is specialized skills that are necessary for growth. This will be someone dedicated to a range of tasks that can also advise the board on relevant matters, and will free up time of the other board members to focus on other things.

I think this is a sign the company is doing the right thing in preparation for growth.
