I also believe there is plenty happening, but do think they are at a stage now where they need to bring on more of a management team with strong business/coimmercial sense. Ideally someone who has been involved with taking new technology out of the lab and into commercialisation.The multiple product lines provide a fantastic base, but I'm not confident that the business skills are there to drive the best outcomes to optimise returns.

Some of the products are of a type where we want to share in the savings made, not just generate a simple margin. Others, we want to share in the saleability of the greener product. And others may be just simple margins, but we need to commercial nouse and negotiating skills to extract the optimum returns from all the graet work and investment that has been put in to date.

It's time for the CEO to share the burden and accept that a team with a broader skill set will likely deleiver better outcomes even if it increases the spend. The technoloigies are advanced enough where we should be able to develop a business plan with timelines to commerciality. To date, I've seen nothing like that.
