20 % of the vendors shares but only if the contracts line up .
Maybe missing out on the options might be a deciding factor in the future . while The professor and TK have earned their options if they wish to take them up.
Not sure who gets to vote on what going forward .
Anyway it might not suit Sanofi to structure the terms that way.
