Appreciate your chart and thoughts Slick. Had an IMU interest since Jan 2013 at approx. 2.3c. Held the interest during this time without trading. Didn't pick the high above 6 but was smacked with the massive distribution and sold most of core at 5.8c.
Analyzing your dumping theory and do agree. Have some core holdings and substantial $ parked. Looking for a re-entry but not happy to enter here at current prices. Reason being being IMU granted shares at 1.8c for the acquisition of CF33. Makes one speculate whats going on with hervaxx to let them go so cheap?
Also consolidation talk never pleases. However IMU are smart have the $ in the bank to fund through any adverse market conditions in 2020 and can confidently walk the talk so to speak and move ahead with there marketing spiel.
Maybe split the two scenarios and average the current 3.1c price against 1.8c cf33 acquisition and look for an entry around 2.4c?
I just am in a similar thought pattern and cannot at present commit to entering at these levels, something just does not feel right imho.
