You could argue there is limited demand because there is basically no Supply outside of China. There seem to be some very important uses for Cesium and Rb, where increased supply allows for research, development and then commercial demand. Either way, they're both on the critical minerals list.
SOP will never not be in demand. Very important for mass farming as fertilizer. I think Ukraine has been a big supplier which will be cooked for the next decade.
Silica seems to be useful as cement additive to increase strength and reduce emissions.
