I need about 0.5c to break even, and I imagine I'm not the only one. I am not sweating as the company is still breathing. The SP has been up before, there is absolutely no reason whatsoever that it wont be again, as long as the company keeps trading and ticking boxes.
Some would say this is 'hold and hope' - well my response to this is - I invested money I wouldnt miss if I lost it. Yes, I would be peeed off but it would not affect my life if the company closed down. I think that this should be the only approach people have with spec stocks IMO as its a risky game.
If you are against 'hold and hope' then I think you would be better off trading anything other than specs, as effectively that is what you are - a trader, and not an investor, as you are looking for a quick profit then move onto the next. Some companies take time to achieve their goals especially, when their core business (Lithium in this case) is not in favor yet. Yes there are some spec stocks that you can put your money in and never look back and take your profit, but these are few and far between and its mostly a game of luck picking them otherwise everyone would be onto them IMO.
If you are desperate for your money, then as others have said, get out now and take whats left; but, if the reason you invested is still there then why get out. I will be honest my main reason was I needed Lithium in my portfolio, I liked what I read up on about LPD and that hasnt changed, so here I sit with a big red, but hey-ho lets see what happens. I am sure you know all this and all in my opinion of course, but hang in there I say.
