not a lot of infrastructure in the immediate area. most of the established businesses are to the north and south of this location. emirates aluminium to the north is very well known. all roads to and from the site in very good condition - sand covered.
the site has power. water services unfortunately I couldn't make out. the neighbouring plant (to the right) is operational. the distant tent to the left appeared to be a new set up of some sort. I couldn't make out the business logo unfortunately.
the decommissioned road running through the property is surprisingly in good condition (apart from the sand) - not that means anything.
overall for the time being it seems a pretty remote section of the industrial park. there is new construction activity to the south. labour will need its own transport or company shuttle to be provided (common practice).
guess it's now a waiting game.
