Im still not entirely sure what the big issue is with having lots of shares on issue? Maybe if you’re a large shareholder at the start maybe?! In lpd’s Case its going to gone down to finance and that’s going to come down to convincing lenders they have a viable product…. If they do I don’t think the number of shares will come into it. Remember Last year how much the price boomed on a financing rumour…..
