IMO there would need to be a running P2 to be in that region with current SOI. At the moment there's only hopes and dreams.....soon the SP will reflect such.

There is very little to invest in here unless taking a punt. Might as well hold out until finance for P1 is sorted and a customer locked in...

Where did you do the calcs for it being $5b? That would make it $1B at 20c which is not impossible given how our tech may be applied over the world in a vast array of circumstances
