how does the ipo work though, shares are issued and its first in best dressed on the date or roth can allocate amounts to different groups, will roth trade to over allocation on market. theres a lot of variables to which id imagine roth is advising all parties on the best course of action. we are also only issuing 62mil of the 180mil shares for which we're not sure of the plan fully yet. also buyin on market here could pump the price here then lead to dumping on market in the ipo for quick profit. which ever way it plays out just have to wait and see.
