@thevinnys, it's always good to understand all views, to be able to form a balanced opinion on things - I would would consider it foolish to disregard and not broadcast an opinion that is opposing.

It appears, that not all of the investment community see Roth Capital as the 'demigod' of IPO/capital raising. It is an underwhelming write-up.

As you alluded to though, I'm confident that the writer has not considered the majority of the facts, including, for what is my opinion, a Company with an impressive business model.
