It will impact obviously but if all are converted will ad $60.5M to the cash balance and likely will result in IHL never having to raise again for many years and will lead to Cannvalate and Dr Sud owning a large amount of IHL. IMO this implies a merger is likely in the future if IHL succeeds in one or more of its trials.
