how can IPO happen without showing on NASDAQ website, also one member today mentioned that roadshows can not start until you get the final approval.

also I would very much prefer to list in a rational market not dominated by fear of the new variant.

no one knows for sure when listing will happen but expecting it to happen without appearing on the NASDAQ website might disappoint some and cause then to sell.
