Hey @Mala66A few things:
- As others have said, this many amendments is not uncommon
- What is obvious is that you have an entirely unfounded assumption: it would appear that the amendments are not to repair inadequacies
- As has been recently observed by @Paulfool, in this POST, the differences between this filing and the previous one are merely updates of variables such as exchange rate, ASX SP and indicative ADS price.
- If the amendment was due to an inadequacy, you would see something more material change from amendment to new amendment.
- @Paulfool provides a compelling argument that these filings are to keep the application current while the SEC finishes some pending portion of its review.
- What's not a great look is investors making assumptions without actually looking at the documents: there are tools such as the draftable.com tool that @Paulfool linked to, that can make short work of telling you what has changed in each successive amendment.
We can get ourselves in a bit of tizzy sometimes, but keeping a cool head is valuable in this pursuit. I find continued research and concentrating on fundamentals helps.
Good luck @Mala66
