I don't understand why you need to know the process. Do you need to know the process around OSA, TBI and the others or can the board simply get on with it. It is only that documents are released by the SEC that you know anything. The process is unlikely to affect your investment and if you are invested simply for the Nasdaq then you may be in the wrong story. Nasdaq is a beast and our stock will be likely very volatile with big daily moves. But Nasdaq will not be in my opinion the be all and end all
