i believe they have capacity to issue 10% of current soi without shareholder vote. current soi is 1.2bil roughly, 10% of which is 120mil. so the sp could drift down to around mid 20s and still not be an issue at all, as 120mil shares at 21c is just over the 25mil they wanting to raise. however this doesnt allow for any over allocation or further cr or issuing of shares this year.
