Yes mate, I would still be surprised not to see us get the sign off on the prospectus in the next day or so, then as you have said, Joel will have Roth lined up to have the money/listing done potentially in days.
Then we can start getting updates on all the progress and let the rest will take care of itself.
I get the feeling the the Pychedelics and Med Cann stocks are about to get some really solid interest in the states after a bit of a beating, so while the delay has been frustrating, I think it is a blessing in disguise.
