About the perceived delay from the SEC side, once Biden administration was elected they targeted listed companies from overseas, mainly chinease companies listed in US and not doing a proper audit, unfortunately this has complicated the process for IXHL as well, that’s why IHL had to do a lengthy audit process although they were audited by a reputable Australian company.
A little Patience will be highly rewarded.
