This delay has nothing to do with Roth in any form nor fashion. Roth are and have been for quite a while, sitting on their hands waiting for the call from Joel to confirm the SEC filing so the placement of the IPO money into the already prepared account can happen immediately.

It is a great watch especially the part where a US senate committee ripped all of them new rear end passages for being absolutely useless for 10 whole years after doing nothing and being warned for the whole 10 years that it was indeed a ponzi scheme.
