it substantiates the companies (IHL) research and trial programs going forward and maintains the regulatory 'opportunity' as the the space where that opportunity exists... huge global unmet need as we all know with the potential to be a many billion dollar market generator with potentially outstanding health outcomes with the right trial approved drugs and treatment regimes from leaders in that exact space....exactly where IHL is positioning itself.
those markets include treatments and trial approved drug candidates with efficacious 'label claim' for GAD, depression, post traumatic stress disorder just to name but a few....where no such medications currently exist.
Sch 8 is potentially possible when such drugs have been through the above process and pharmacokinetic outcomes have been established.
till then it remains a Schd 9 (prohibited substances registration) as it should IMO
