Keep watching and and in my view, here a few keepsakes -
1) management/BoD has always been transparent with newsflow when they have been allowed
2) Joel is not superman so can only do so much
3) SEC is a government bureaucracy so it moves at its own pace
4) potential for clinical upside on all development is huge
5) the EGM share issue is no longer relevant

so ...

A) be patient grasshoppers
B) the NASDAQ listing will happen when it happens
C) contact sport will survive once IHL delivers its concussion remedy
