Well, maybe, if you consider hindsight. Also, one would need to know of a stocks existence in the first place, to be able to take up a position at the SP levels that you noted, no?
Further, are you suggesting then that buying in now, at these prices, is not "smart enough"? Maybe you can clear this up.
