From brief read it seems that MCC is just one of Cannvalate's clinics.




MXC is paying 400K and $1M worth of stock to Cannvalate for this.

Thing is, this is MXC... I wouldn't be surprised at all to see this deal not work out entirely. Market doesn't seem to care for this ann despite it sounding good on paper. MXC probably going to close red... That company has a history of always announcing deals and agreements and never following through.

Even if this sale does go through, its only one of Cannvalate's clinics. This just goes to show how dominant Cannvalate is when just one of their clinics has leading patient networks in Aus. IMO... wait for MXC to actually announce the deal has been completed and secondly subsequent quarterlies.
