Great post Mickey.

At last the thread is talking more about the business. If OSA works, by that I mean better than current solutions, then the Billions will be there. We have evidence of this through two massive multi billion dollar buyouts.

My wife uses a CPAP and it is an off and on experience, even with the new models, making it very hard to stay with it for any length of time. It isn't much fun for the partner either, being prone to sporadic vacuum cleaner like noise even on slight body movements. It is not tolerated very well so many do not use anything. If IHL is successful, now these people will have an option.

So it isn't just about how much better the drug may be against a CPAP, which I suspect to be significant, but the opportunity to provide a solution to the vast number of non machine users. It is a massive market.
