id much rather see a strategic investment for say 15% majority holding, that provides funding, similar to nvx with phillips 66. i also think something like that is far more likely to happen any time soon than a buyout. less risk with an option to buyout in future. realistically until trials are much further developed everything could be a flop, cant see a take over until more proven results.
