Andres, I wonder at what point in the last a6 months or so they decided to go down this path, without IPO.
Was it Roths idea, or EAS, or was it the boards I wonder.
Assuming we were advised, to do it this way.
I mean I have no issues with it, as I think it’s best for all shareholders in the current NASDAQ landscape.
Cant help but think whether there is some big fish lurking in the background, that has made them pivot.
