    This guy is a very experienced trader and investor that I follow on Twitter, first time I've seen him post about IHL.
    This is the groundwork before the storm, reminding me of IHL late 2018-early 2019 when they were getting licenses to import, approvals, agreement w/ Cannvalate etc and general market didn't eat it up but it was being accumulated... Hartleys one of the big accumulators of last year and even during last Friday's trading Hartleys simply bought, they didn't sell a single share.

    Then it exploded couple months later.
