IHL is a great stock it just the market conditions, NASDAQ broke a major resistance last week, usually this is followed by 3 months of down trend, Fed will start to implement a desires of changes which will take time, this is the 2nd year I’d the US president so it makes sense to do these changes now so the 3rd and 4th year the stock market is better so he has a better a chance of winning a second term.
