Forbes reports an ongoing Israeli in-vitro study is confirming the value and effect of terpenes' and terpene based compounds/medicines in the treatment of the inflammatory conditions caused by Covid19.

Eybna (specialist terpene based medicine manufacturer) and Cannasoul Analytics which is a leader in research for cannabis applications in the treatments of cancer headed by Professor David Meiri, are comparing anti inflammatory terpenes in treating the cytokine storm and the accepted available medical treatments currently in use.

A breakdown of the study suggests cbd alone will inhibit the cytokines to around 75% and the terpenes alone up to 80%.

Compare this to the current dexamethasone treatments which are considered highly effective at a hit rate of only 30%.

The study has found that a proprietary formulation prepared by the researchers
(NT-VRL) combination with cbd has shown a hit rate of 90%.

Little wonder the IHL team are moving hard and fast on this research in search of a clinically based formulation / treatment-
the benefits and implications are becoming harder and harder to ignore.
