This is a good post.

Electing not to raise capital under those circumstances is one of the decisions by the board that didn’t receive the recognition it should. I guess it’s hard for shareholders to appreciate a negative situation that has been avoided through good management.

For those that understand it though, you have significantly greater confidence in the upside because you know management can make the hard calls and ultimately that will lead to the upside.

Like you I’m also very confident that the business is in a strong position.
