They likely would be unlisted options but apart from that they would pretty much work as any other option which can still be transferable or saleable.
As they are unlisted, they show in my registry (Automic) but not my brokerage account (Selfwealth).
For another company I own, the registry sent a post by snail mail which needs to be retained to exercise the options - I am yet to exercise them to unable to share any further due to lack of experience.
