pretty sure the f6 form is the last to complete prior to effect notice. the previous f6 was from the ipo filing. this one has been completed in full. keep in mind nvx filed their f6 on jan 20 and didnt go effective until feb 1. im calling listing on tuesday night. monday is a holiday in the us so wouldnt be wise to list over the long weekend with poor macro conditions. hopefully this means osa results will be out very soon (certainly werent imminent) along with all the other expected news flow
