Well the word 'coincide' means occurring at the same time so when they wrote "We have adjusted our strategy towards a “compliance listing”, which is now expected to occur during February and will coincide with the release of results from our IHL-42X phase 2 clinical study", I'm sure many interpreted it at the same time or right after. Don't think this is creating own expectations.
That said, I agree with the bit about the quality of the results.
