Maybe it was indicated to the company a possible timeframe for the correlation of the results. So they may have been confident to say imminent. Perhaps it's taken longer than expected. It wasn't what they were wanting but it's out of their hands. Maybe they are awaiting more shares on the Nasdaq so there can be liquidity for the time of the announcement. I can appreciate the wording indicates immediacy but overall it's still the same quarter.
If we can't be patient now, how are you going to be once the announcement drops and it's a long time between drinks and the sp gradually drops without news......patience......
