Unless there is a pressing need for liquidity, I wouldn't worry.
In my opinion, Incannex is a dangerous stock to have a short position in right now. Remember the one US investor who mopped up millions and pushed the stock on a serious kick back into the sanity zone of the mid-fifties recently? Well, hold that in mind and consider the following:

+ that previous buying struck when the share price hit the mid to low fourties
+ how much more likely are multiple buyers to find a similar large appetite, now that trial results are in and are VERY positive
+ sophisticated investors gaining their first exposure to Incannex at this juncture will recognise a massive buying opportunity
+ licensing or buyout potential will grow from here, and IHL-42x TAM makes this an acquisition folks won't want to miss
+ first signs of a build up could snowball, squeezing shorts which adds fuel to the ascent
+ if IHL-42x gets on the special access scheme, the news will help the group of would-be licensees/acquirers expand and might precipitate offers
+ an IHL-216a announcement in the US market should result in major new awareness, incorrigible sports fans there, who 'get' concussion and CTE
+ if nothing else springs up sooner, May 11th pre-ind meeting result will be squarely US-oriented: biotech investors there want 'FDA' in their announcement titles... think of how many eyes will then start pouring over the fundamentals. We all know what they will see.

Also consider the final report on IHL-42x phase 2b proof of concept trial could drop any time over the next couple of months. The preliminary report was not very sexily presented: no graphs, charts, and jargon made it less accessible for many investors. The final report will no doubt include discussion of the optimal dosage and how this positions the therapy vis-à-vis evolving vehicle operation legislation: expect that news to be positive as the synergy of the two active ingredients is almost certainly strong enough for even the lowest THC dosage trialled to provide medically significant improvement.

The one thing worse than getting a big disappointment when expecting growth, is getting caught with our pants down when growth happens unexpectedly.
