Supply and demand maybe is the answer - Simply not enough shares converted to ADR for trading in the US; You would think that once ASX holders convert more shares to ADS then more will sell shares in the US market where they pay more for the stock. ASX holders will soon realize they are selling cheap here for others to sell high in the US then hopefully the price will adjust higher to fair market value - Just my own opinion.
