Yep Peter there seem to be a lot of misunderstandings about how the dual listing works and I don’t claim to understand every detail myself but you seem to be fairly on the money with your post IMO.
Anyone really interested in how dual listings work who doesn’t have any idea ( no crime in that ) there are some good overviews on the net.
And those with specific questions regarding IHL/ IXHL just email the company. In many cases I don’t know why people ask questions on HC that would be far better answered by the company. We effectively own and pay the salaries at companies we invest in, we are able to ask questions. Ive many times emailed or phoned various companies, spoken to directors etc and virtually always been given good answers..at least when I have good questions! Ha ha!
One thing I do know for sure that the Nasdaq lead or the double listing helped us today, the market here was terrible, we probably would have added another 5c in a normal market.
