It would be interesting to know how many sellers are actually exiting this stock completely versus how many are selling with intent to buy back at a lower price. To echo the thoughts of others, that works fine until one day when it doesn't and you miss the boat.
With so much going on for IHL and nothing in any of their announcements which indicates bad news is on the way, it is hard to see why you would cease being a shareholder - especially when the sell off is not just IHL!!
With market sentiment and predictions of global doom, it is very easy to see why you would sell now and expect to buy back at a lower price.....it then becomes a self fulfilling prophecy where it keeps driving down until the sellers run out of steam.
We will never know the answer but the rational part of my brain thinks there are probably (hopefully) alot of share holders who still believe - but they are just taking advantage of the downturn to take some profits (or losses) and reset their average price for what lies ahead.
GLTAH - bring on July and hopefully some good news and updates.
