That's not strictly true: IHL has had this communication style for as long as I've held (roughly 2 years). They simply don't do fluff comms.
They've already communicated clearly about Dr Sud, and yes, it was amicable.

With IHL, you'll have to decide whether you prefer reassuring noise, or solid results: they have a stellar record at delivering the latter, but they don't do the former.
