maybe a good idea to ask the company for the latest top 20 SH list..........that might help if you know who he/she is. I don't know, nor care but making opinions when we are none the wiser as to how much or how little another investor holds or has bought or sold has been frivolous at best.
My own research says that anything under 30c is a given at this stage and hence my continuing accumulation when possible.
