thats a great question & one I have been asking myself.
a CR at a near year low, giveaway options 1 for 1 & only $13m now & then more when options are converted, yet he said himself, he didnt need the money, so was it a long term plan or was it that the "investor" was actually making it impossible for him to say no, (i.e. massively shorting the stock to reach these levels).
Something does not feel normal at all about this CR & I think the market feels that as well.
