People aren't down ramping mate. They are stating the facts of CR raise in the face of a down ward pressure on SP. People are hurting and stressed to watch their Money dwindling. I still agree that long term things look great on fundamentals and extra money is great, but at this time unfortunately it only damages our reputation. They probably couldn't say no to big money but retailers are too scared to hold on and it's ok for them to pull out. It's probably years before they see a return on investment. Most can't wait that long. The negative posting I have seen has been very balanced. Most see the fundamentals as solid but question the short to medium term impact of this CR. I agree that the timing was poor. Sometimes though you have to make long term decisions over short. It still doesn't take away the fact that it smashed our SP lower than I thought it would go. Hopefully wavers back to low 20s but that's hope not fact. Here for long term but I feel for everyone.
