SIG is the parent company. Based on my research the ultimate holder is a significant long only subsidiary that principally invests in health care, together with other friendly groups in a collaborative manner.

All the conspiracy theories are nonsense, but if punters on HC with Google at their fingertips think they know better than the exhaustive process conducted by Joel, Troy, Peter and Robert then I guess the long term holders will just keep accumulating their shares.
