It’s your sentiment that is important here. Take responsibility for your decision to buy and your knowledge of the stock. That’s on you, not anyone else.

As to the board decisions, I have definitely had questions on certain matters. I’ve taken responsibility to discuss them with management to understand the background and motivation. So, the answer to your question is no. But I don’t sit on HC and complain. I built a relationship with management and trust their judgment based on history and I communicate with them.
