It isn't the BOD's job to put shorter term SP consideration above overall growth, so as long as we're clear that 'bad' applies only to the subjective interests of a certain group of holders as opposed to the interests of the company and the judgement of management, we agree.

APIRx, as far as we can tell, has done nothing to slow down the existing timeline expectations for Incannex's original development programs, so any upset must stem from shorter term expectations of SP for profit-taking or exiting. Them's the breaks for traders and even short term investors. A company can, at any time, release a surprise announcement that is good news for the long term growth of the company, but messes with the trader or shorter term investor's horizons. At the end of the day, the perennial wisdom of having long timelines as a basic expectation when investing in biotech startups... holds true.
