It looks that accumulation from 15.5 cents - 20 cents have nearly been done. We just need 1 good announcement, then we shall fly back up to around 25 cents mark regardless of how the capital raising was handled the other day.
Then on, obviously it will dependent on the overall market as well but if IHL can prove themselves just one more time with a decent annoucement, people will forgive the management and forget about the recent capital raising.
